well id say youd need to pm vaul or talk to him when hes online and you need a fair bit of experience to get into one of these tourneys my advice train up then pm vaul

E's Fleet of foot is annoying any melee dark reapers jsut run and shoot and Warp spyders just tele and shoto and repeaet but in 2v2 it isnt as effective usually theirs someone countering the eldar, The banshess are especially anoyying >_>
