haha this is awesome. i did this while riding my bicycle across kansas. I wore a t-shirt that said free hugs in every town i stopped in. it was really cool

This makes me cry every time I watch it. kudos to the folks giving out the "free hugs". I think ALL of us just need a little human contact to make our lives better from time to time.

Well, I have posted elsewhere that I feel Deen has a good deal of Perry's style and sound going for him. However, here we have a studio recording and it is very troubling for me to hear. I would have thought that in this setting Deen's voice would have been clear and unstrained. It almost sounds like Bryan Adams singing here because of all of the grain in Deen's voice. I worry that Deen has done damage to himself singing for Journey too much. Hope not.

Actually, Deen had a cold on the day of the session, and it took place early in the day due to scheduling constraints; hence the grit (which I actually like). So, no need to worry.
