Nobody knows you when you're down and out - Martin HD28/Taylor 314CE - Tommy Fiammenghi Ari Osio

I just bumped into Tommy Fiammenghi some months ago while I was wasting time hanging around in a music shop here in Milan and we started jamming almost immediately playing old blues and folk classics. Tommy is a very talented and skilled guitarist, he can easily play fingerpicking, very fast flatpicking bluegrass runs on every chord changes you play, it's at home with old school ragtime and delta blues stuff. Last but not least he also plays loud rock music with his group Scomunica. Currently he's recording his second solo CD and he's a nice guitar teacher and singer too. With these two acoustics, a full sounding and ringing Martin HD-28 and my workhorse Taylor 314CE, we jammed a while today in my reharsal room playing this Jimmy Cox evergreen. I see we are in good company here on You Tube: Bessie Smith, Josh White, B.B.King, Eric Clapton and even, wow, Carla Bruni!
