  • This tram looks funny. Was it in use for regular service or just for summer sightseeing? In earlier times people have to pay fares when leaving? Like in Hong-Kong.

    It was in use for regular service, all year round. I think you'll find Brisbane is much warmer than anywhere in Germany. When they were in service, there was a conductor on the tram, who sold tickets, most of the tickets would be sold when people first got onto the tram.

  • Love the trams Noofy!,I can just remember my mum taking me on the last tram to Mt Gravatt Central when I was 5 years old!. Thanks for posting them,must get out there to have a look!
