How does an electron get to be inside the proton, to make it a neutron?

It either must be possible to turn existing protons into neutrons, somehow with electrons; or the proton is "assembled" with an electron inside, while it was made, making it a neutron.

No, It MUST BE that as a mass of Hydrogen is spun to attract into a Hydrogen Gas Giant, the pressure drives the Hydrogen's Electron, just below the first of the 5 layers of the constructed Proton. This simple structure is a Neutron, (A two ended, Negative-Positive Particle, we call a Neutron.

A Proton will be attracted to negative end of the Neutron. Here, then is a structure for other pairs to join to.

New MATTER is made at the core by a process known as Pair-Production. It is assembled into Atoms at the outer core , and from there this new matter, (Atoms, up and down the Periodic table,...including Hydrogen and Oxygen.

Spin and pressure? Hydrogen gas giant? Could you elaborate a little more. Neutrons are not stable matter outside the nucleus of the atom. Neutrons must be "made" at or near, the same moment as the atoms.

And all this happens inside large gravitational centers, as that is where atoms are assembled, in, and out of, the non-material form of matter, undetectable everywhere in empty space.

No, First we NEED NEUTRONS. We need to MAKE Neutrons! From Hydrogen Atoms. Not easy!

If you don't make Neutrons, there are NO ADDITIONAL processes, because Protons will NEVER come together to make HIGHER COUNT ATOMS. Neutrons have the magic formula. They are both Negative AND Positive. They MUST BE to create a structure to build with.

OK, looked it up, most of the energy release IS kinetic (and some of it is electromagnetic radiation). So we've got that out of the way.

Alright, let's start with your claim that when two H atoms combine and turn into He, they release energy in the form of electrons and nothing else.
