Hey. I see you only got 20fps and the game still looks fullspeed, is that video editing or some sort of frameskip ?
Also, I got a E8400@3ghz and a 9800GT, and I still only get 25fps and 50% speed (my fps = my vps).
Any idea ? :p

Running Dolhpin 4082 with Wii Punch out on menus I am getting full FPs but I am lagging down to 12-15 during acutal fights.. and low 20s during some of the scenes leading up to each fight.. Now during the Fight i get over 30fps sometimes.. then it drops to 17 back up to 25 etc... Just wondering if this is a CPU problem or what? Also i have noticed that even in windows say Just after booting up my PC I have some choppyness opening up Windows and applications and Delayed times.

No you just have a crappy PC.
I have a beast computer and it works great. i get 50-60 fps all the time

What settings do you use, im using the emulator too and i have a rly good computer, but i get really laggy
