Stupid question, but I am going to ask it any way... does the bread taste dusty due to they are outside and so low to the ground in what looks like a dry/deserty place? Do they take any precautions like not having people walk close by so dirt is not being flung into the air, thus not into the food? I mean some people use tents or at least some form of cloth wall to shield from the weather when cooking even traditionally.

@Jerrid3 A little dusty perhaps, but not to any great extent. No, they don't take any precautions.
