motherbrain86, you don't need to go too far, there are tons of great places to hike right in your backyard; check out Great Baehre Swamp, Tifft Nature preserve, Iroquois Wildlife Refuge, and even places like chestnut ridge or shale creek(the eternal flame) if you were desperate ;)

But literally starting in your backyard is good, there's probably plenty of birds and wildflowers you haven't been looking for back there

Thats neat - well done you guys! Can we look at more rocks? No I'm kidding. The amount of rocks is okay. Its cool how many vibrant creatures are around where you guys are at. Oh yeah, I by the way, I know where you guys are at - that looks like Steve's infamous cabin. It'll be helpful to viewers to let em know where on the map you guys are wandering. Like Carmen San Diego or something.
