That alone is no reason to call a game absolute shit. Personally I think this was really fucking good. They emphasized combat more than they should have, yeah, but idgaf. It's fun as hell.

doesn't look very fast...2097 was a faster experience. they screw up every new wipeout. really...they don't get what made 2097 so perfect. Dumb Developers! Sorry Guys...but you SUCK at creating new wipeouts!
