I needed to kill skeletal wyvern for slayer and discovered a safespot! When u get them un-aggressive theres a certain spot near the entrance tht their attks cant reach.
Also i wanted to make a vid of me lvling to 96 ranged :) when i told my friend darkreno about it he rushed right to me =)
(right after vid i got g legs drop ;^) )

i just killed them till they stopped attking me but i guess u could try standing out of the cave as well

The point it that safe spots usually involve safety when the creature in question ís aggressive. =/
