@3876samf In street fighter, people don't consider characters overpowered because any character can beat any character even though it's unfair during some matches but Akuma is singled out as overpowered but than again he's the final boss and they usually make those type of characters overpowered

Damage does not change from 80 to 40, christpunchers is an idiot. If you look at any combo video, no matter if it's the same combo or it's a reversal it will still do the same amount of damage. @christpunchers If its a counter attack it'll do more damage ;P which is why people like O.Sagat so much. If his tiger upper hits during a counter itll do WAY more damage.
