would hanging from a pull up bar work?

I am a recovered fibromyalgic who left the care of the medical profession to discover the cause and cure of this horrific condition without drugs, and am living proof you can cure this and take back your life. Symptoms are mistaken for the cause and treatments that help do not cure. Please, do not be discouraged by failed hope and keep going!!!

Yeah...i mean time flies so quickly from quickly from one vdo to another....
(btw i really have this mid back problem..and suspect it due to sitting for long hours at a weird angle in front of my PC. though your trick worked for some relief..thankyou for that.)

Thank you!
Yes, that would work beautifully. My brother has a pull-up bar and I've used that for stretching. Works like a charm.

Red Scorpion, You are very funny. :) My husband pointed out that I do get more headaches, stiff necks, and he has to adjust my back more when I spend too much time on the computer. Usually it is just because I have lost track of time. -D.

Thank you! That's very sweet. I also keep a blog about my progress on fibromyalgia and the guaifenesen protocol at www.surfercouple.com. (Nothing commercial there, nothing be sold there. It is just my blog.)
