Maximum Potential - Dolph Lundgren: Heavy Weights

Some of you -obviously sport fans or even bodybuilder like me- will remember "Maximum Potential", set in 1987. It's an anthology of basic fitness routines the majority of athletes will practice to increase SOME muscle mass, accelerate their metabolism, "burning" fat depots, regulating stress etc.

I generally like simple electronic music from the 70s and 80s, also synth pop etc.

If you listen closely to the background music in Maximum Potential, you will notice there are rock and electronic tracks embedded to turn the entire video into a more vivid spectacle.

Due to the fact that Dolph is talking most of the time as the commentator, you will not have the chance to listen to the music. As far as I know, there hasn't been an OST. Hence, I was inspired again and composed one electronic track as a possible add-on.

Yes, but the funny thing is that I composed this track without thinking of the Maximum Potential scores. :)

I just dedicated my work to the video. ;)

Sometimes, I even use this composition of mine for my workouts still, too! In my opinion, 80s Synth Rock is the best musical genre for working out!
