He definitely took steroids/HGH. Nobody changes THAT much in 10 years... he may have looked a little older but his face got significantly BIGGER which is a classic symptom of using growth hormones.

his face changed cause of the steroids. The steroid HMG he used actually makes certain bones grow, and makes hem suddenly appear much older. *that* is why is he looking so mature now. There's really nothing natural about that
