  • Thanks much chefjomama! I'm not quite sure i'm anywhere NEAR WCC quality just yet. I'm not bad, but I've watched the WCC videos and...wow!

As for mentioning the Willard Boards, I'd have loved to review one...but unfortunately I didn't have access to one. I also wanted to mention the Mr. Crokinole boards, but again...no one I know owns them.

Do you play at the WCC? I'd love to chat with you some time.

  • @rpmetzler Sweet, thanks!

  • I know standard protocol prefers one asks first but I hope you don't mind me using your review in a blog post I've just written about the potential for Crokinole in public libraries.

If you want to check it out it's here:

PS- do you own all those boards!?! If you do you must be an angel.... because you live in heaven (badoom-Cha!)

  • @nickysappy No problem at all! I did own all of those boards at one time or another! :P

  • Wow, great review. I was looking to get a board and found your "Comparative Review." This is like a Consumer's Report on crokinole boards!!!

  • just got a hilinski board. the quality of the board is incredible! love this game!

  • Hey if anyone in Cincinnati wants to play some Crokinole or Carrom. Shoot me a PM.

  • Nice review. Very helpful. I hope you do get a chance to review a Willard and a Mr. Crokinole board and do a review comparing them all. From what I gather they're all quality boards, but it is very hard to pick one if you've never played on any of them.

I have spoken with Muzzies and also with the gentleman at Mr.C. Both were very helpful and generous with their time.

I placed my order for a Muzzie board today in part due to your review.

PS if you like Crokinole, check out Carrom too!

  • excellent reviews. i own the Mayday board and Muzzie's Annapolis board. Looking for a Crokinole players group in Pittsburgh.
