@monkeychopsinpreston there actually is a machine like that, freeweight is much better then machines...and those dumbbells dont bend, I throw them all the time like that, so suck it up

So on the over head tricep extesion on a single bumbell i got a question i notice i when i do the full rep i fell the burn but when i do half of a rep it burns alot more and i feel a better pump so is it better to do half a rep or the full rep..i been working out for about 3 years so i have good size but i was wondering why do i feel better burn doing half instead of the full rep
