You should first make paper mass. That is sticking the paper in water the day before.

is it fifty percent volume dry concrete with fifty percent slurry? and a little more water ? whats the deal

you are doing it backward. Got to soak the paper,50/50 by volume, for at least 24 hours. Then mix it until the paper turns into a pulp. Then mix the portland into it. I think you're drunk already. That's how we learn,.. thru mistake..

Dude, you let the newspaper soak in water and mix it and mix it until it's like a slurry. Then you add that to the concrete mix. What you are doing is totally wrong.

I hate to post this, but this clip is painful to watch! You seem to be making it up as you go, but this approach renders a video that doesn't flow. Consider scripting it.
