I'm a mom. I teach my kids that we are who we are....PERIOD! If one of my kids is gay, I would love them the same. I also believe it is never to late and in order for self peace, you must try to reach out in whatever form that is. Your mom would be proud.
This sucks for you and I'm sorry you are having to suffer this, but it's also a huge learning time.
