Same with If I Had A Gun.. there's something about the bold simplicity of these soundcheck versions that simply trumps the finished studio versions.. would love Noel to do the whole High Flying Birds' album acoustically!

Whoever said Oasis has died? Its only Liam's soul that still resides, in the darkness along with his drug habit's. He needs 2 listen & learn to his brothers lines, after all; Dont Go Away, Stop Crying Your Heart Out and Some Might Say were written by Noel! RESPECT

I firstly heard the album version and fell in love with that one over the rest of the album.. It just brings me high... I don't think there's a version better than an other..

Completely agree with what's been said before and have to re-iterate it once more : This is THE version. The vocals are perfect. There is nothing better than Noel Gallagher and an acoustic guitar. Brilliant as the choir and strings are, the final version should have been a re-recording of this, it's just perfect.

The single version with instrumentation is clearly bollocks - to me this is THE original. Best thing Noel's done in ages. It's such a cry from the wilderness I have to listen....
