Can someone explain this poem to me? I don't understand the end?? It's beautiful but I don't get the ending. I couldn't make out what he said after, "The first girl after you..." ...something about her thigh???

This was an outstanding performance, but the camera work was distracting, as if the photographer thought he could add something instead of being a transparent conduit. I saw this piece performed in Denver last month, on a stage in front of a mesmorized audience. That was more powerful than this YouTube video.
