If I was seriously committing suicide over the death of a celebrity, and some people I never met laughed at me for it? I'd probably take a step back and reconsider my thoughts if I hadn't already.

There are some things that /need/ to be ridiculed, because there are idiots out there. If no one says "THAT'S SO STUPID" because someone killed themself over a celebrity death, other idiots have no reason to believe it's wrong.

I agree with you that Michael Jackson was not a child molester. The media tell the world whatever the world want to hear, in order that people buy more newspapers.

As to the people committing suicide - if it is true, then it's a shame that they weren't spotted as mentally unstable earlier, and helped. It's sad, and this is why I honestly don't like celebrity mentality, one person being worshiped.
