Toxic sediment in two county storm water lakes has prompted Montgomery County Council to pass a bill banning the use of coal tar driveway sealant. High levels of PAH's have been found in Gunners Lake in Germantown as well as Lake Whetstone in Montgomery Village. Council-member Craig Rice explains why he pushed the ban.
