  • well, those clothes add girth to a girll ! If she was thin in them she'd probably be anorexic without them . Besides according to non-fiction books I've read on that period it wasn't the style to be as thin as nowadays since this usually conveyed to others that perhaps you had consumption (T.B.) a deadly illness and quite common at that time. Triue Jane was younger, this actress was 27 at the time, but I think she looks younger than alot of younger actresses today. e.

  • Amazing video. This is my favorite version of Jane Eyre.

  • I agree Clarke and Dalton are Jane and Rochester! What a wonderful video-so well made-the song and clips are perfect together-thanks!

  • Fabulous!

  • i need to see this version.. :)

  • she looks really pretty with her hair down

  • Great job! BRAVO!

  • I've watched this countless times and it is still one of the best videos I've seen. It is genius how you mixed song, dialogue, and scenes. Clarke and Dalton ARE Jane and Rochester to me. None will ever compare.

  • thank you very much for this vid. JE as itself is beautiful, Timothy Dalton is adorable, and the song is very good chosen.

    thanks.

  • I so agree. He is a brilliant actor.

I love this Jane Eyre 1983 dvd. Me and two friends recently spent the whole afternoon watching it from start to finish. It really grabs the attention.

And I love this song and video. Even though I prefer Roxette's original, this one is acousic and really fits.

    Thanks for making the video!
