  • I used shims under the table to square it up

  • @Harleyman440 Good idea! A friend of mine bought one recently and the problem had been corrected on his- so I guess they finally fixed the problem with the casting. Thanks, G.

  • Thanks for the great video.I thought my only adjustment was with the "keyed guides" but now I realize thanks to your video that the bearings themselves adjust in and out as well and that the keyed guides are for angle adjustment not in/out adjustment. I think I must have a gap in my bearing ways because about 1/2 way down a 2.5" pipe, the saw goes crazy and makes a curved cut all weird. Only issue is my tension spring broke on the back of the machine do you know of a replacement or better?

  • @urinemachine In the manual I think it says to leave a gap between the blade and bearing with a feeler gauge- I can't remember the thickness since I didn't do that. After I got the adjustments done with the ruler, I put on the blade and adjusted the outboard bearings just until they snugged up to the blade. If you do that and play with the tension it may correct your problem. For the broken spring, call 1 888 866 5797 for part 122 which is the large spring on the side. Good luck,G.

  • I adjusted my blade this morning and it really cuts "NICE!" Thanks for the great video and helping the helpless! LoL

  • @TheLXKid Glad the video helped!!! Thanks for the post and followup, G.

  • Thanks for the video. I did'nt have a clue on how to adjust my blade. It is cutting at an angle and now I know how to fix it. I'll tackle it tomorrow, New Year's Day, and get it cutting properly. Thanks again for a great video.

  • @vantuckycajun Good idea! I may try that out and see what I think. Plus, nothing is required to build or purchase. I'm pretty conscious now about making sure mine stays locked- but will eventually forget and maybe loose a toe...lol...Thanks for the idea, G.

  • @wackedoutdude Very cool! The saw looks identical to the HF one. I hope mine lasts that long. Thanks for the post, G.

  • I mounted the wheels on the opposite end to make it more stable when moving. It does require quite a bit more effort to lift, though.
