Ever had your desktop stop responding or a message saying that explorer has stopped responding?
Most people restart their computer, this is not always required and can take a while. The solution is to force explorer to stop running and restart it.

  • @LinkZore3397 mine did too and i tried everything but i couldnt even start cmd because it would restart but just make sure you run as administer and it worked for me.
