I thought I would have a go at playing this BK-7m as if it were an organ. This time everything is played live, except the drums which come from a style on the BK-7m, but without the other auto accompaniment parts. Fill-ins and so on are triggered live. All the sound you hear is coming from the BK-7m again. No sounds are coming from the controller organ. Thanks to the late Klaus Wunderlich for the inspiration!

  • Nice playing John. The Roland module is being put to good use by your hands (Roland should give you a module free judging by the amount of folks who are buying one after seeing your videos!). I have an old HX also but don't MIDI it up to anything more than an AVS10 and MDR3. Incidentally, I'm looking to buy an AVS10 to replace my almost dead one if you hear one about. I use a Korg Pa800 for gigs. It also has great accompaniment styles and works well with pedals etc. Keep up the good work. Mark

  • @MarkBeezKeys Thanks Mark. I am grateful for your kind comments. I haven't seen a good AVS10 for a while now, but ebay and organfax.co.uk seem to be the best places to keep an eye on for one of those. There was a CVS10 on ebay in the last few days. It finished at £26.00 so these kind of things sell very cheaply now. I would imagine you will find one soon enough! In the meantime perhaps I should forward your comments to Roland

  • A great sound.

  • @OzzieJohnFerguson Thank you very much!

  • What's the song called please?

  • @tunez88 Its called Rhythm with Klaus, and was written by Klaus Wunderlich. I haven't played it since I was a kid, and have forgotten more than I remember, but it was fun!

  • Wow that sounds great John, I must admit I haven't got round to using my BK7 like that yet, but I'm going to have a go ASAP. This is what I like about YouTube, you get to see what others are doing and it can be quite inspirational, thanks for the upload, Keith

  • I really want one of these to use with the xk3c.
