主料:鲜鲍鱼辅料:蒜薹、青红椒、葱、姜调料:盐、味精、白糖、酱油、蚝油烹制方法: 1、将鲍鱼肉取出,洗净杂质,逐个切成薄片,过开水焯烫三秒钟取出过凉备用; 2、坐锅点火倒油,下葱姜煸出香味,放入蒜薹、青红椒,调入盐、味精、酱油、美极酱油、老抽、白糖、蚝油,炒香后加入鲍鱼片迅速翻炒均匀出锅即可。特点:鲜嫩可口,营养丰富。
