Rose McGowan as Red Sonja

Rose Mc Gowan is nt my , pick too , she lacks acting skills , as well as physical, but hey tere are stunts, sfx, I mean it is impossible she makes it worse than that shitty movie Brigitte Nielsen Made, at least Rose can act, so lets see how she does. Postcript: What really gives the edge to this movies is directing, and script,  Conan The Barbarian is a great movie, and Arnold practically played his role as a mute.

I think it is unfortunate that they picked Rose McGowan. Her physique isnt believable in a physically demanding role. Out of fulltime actresses, Jessica Biel or Rhona Mitra are ideal. They have a perfect balance of muscularity to make them believable in tough action sequences, and yet enough soft curves to make a man's jaw drop. From fitness models it would be between Timea Majorova, Valerie Waugaman, or Torrie Wilson. Those three, in my opinion, represent the epitome of strength and beauty.

Well it helps when your fiaince is director Richard Rodriguez....

Yeah, I surmise that this is what really landed her the role. I started looking at recent pictures of her, on IMDB, and she is looking quite old.

I think she is beautiful. I work in LA and have come across her, vey sweet young lady. This I think is her make or break role, I just found out she got seriously injured on the set of this movie, I wish her a speedy recovery...Peace
