Call Of Duty 4: Falling Map Glitch

A friend was showing me a glitch on one of the maps, i don't know the name of the map, and you had to jump onto the railing of some steps and ease your way through some panels on a window sill and slide off. You land outside and can walk around the map and you see black patches on the ground, we both ran down there and left it for a while. You fall for like... eternity and then start to go weird and shakey and then all sorts of weird stuff happens paha xD
