Pete McLeod is a Canadian professional aerobatic pilot from Red Lake, Ontario. The 28-year-old prodigy was a rookie pilot in the Red Bull Air Race World Championships in 2009. We take an inside look into how Pete's upbringing shaped his road to success.

    No, you're right he is not in the same league... He is an aerobatic pilot and not a commercial pilot. He does what he loves and you don't necessarily need to make a job out of it.

    Sold this guy my Giles-200 (Daddy bought it, of course). He acts like he's king shit, super-pilot. He's a good aerobatic pilot, however all of his limited time is in small stuff- one narrow band of experience. He's never held a type-rating or took command of a jet and flown it across the pond, never attended military pilot training, never competed for a job at a major airline against THOUSANDS of applicants. Yet he'll tell you how great he is. He isn't even in the same league as the other guys
