How-To Repair Blue Screen and Safe Mode

@Musicmania1968 goto windows update and look under the optional updates you mite see an update for your video or display. it is possible to get faulty equipment in a new pc. especially at x-mas time when electronics are mass produced.

hay i got a weird problem with mine well the problem went to sleep a long time ago it was last year every time my computer went to sleep like if i haven't touched it for a few min's after the screen turned black it crashes is that a driver problem or a virus

@darknessthehedgehog3 I have found that this type of issue is tied to the usb drivers, it uses the same call up to wake your pc and sometimes the IRQ is being used by your mouse or keyboard and they get confused, try going to windows update and make sure you have the latest updates. also look under the optional updates.

when i get in safe mode and its getting the drivers a blue screen pops up real quick and then the computer restarts... wtf do i do?

@Raynx973 While your at the safe mode screen look for the option to turn off or disable the auto restart then your blue screen will stay up and you can read the error

My MSI laptop has windows 7, and last week, I was turning it off for the night, then the blue screen appears. Can this be by any chance a glitch?? Let me know! I only had the BSOD once and my laptop is 2 years old.

At first mine says: Display driver had stopped working and has recovered. then my screen goes all crazy and zigzag and then turns blue.. how do i stop this please someone help me!! its a new computer i just got it for christmas! :(
