Rapid VH-A6 RC Nitro Lamborghini by "Beast Speedy Racing"

I could not seem to find any videos of this car so I thought I'd make one. This is the Rapid VH-A6 1/10 scale Nitro powered Lamborghini Murcielago. It is a pretty fast car. I was unable to take it full speed in this clip, but it is pretty damn fast. The only downside is the plastic, it is very brtittle in cold weather and breaks very easily, so I changed the rear knuckles, the front and rear arms with better parts from Kyosho. But it's actually an awesome car for the money. It is fully digital proportional, and I am very happy with it. But be ready to replace the plastic parts with better composite material parts. Video quality sucks because I used my phone to take the clip. All replacement parts are available from www.r2hobbies.com, and shipping is pretty fast.

i might be wrong about these not bein twin gear if ys listen carfully at 30 seconds ya can hear the change....

Yes you are wrong, lol. It is definately a two gear. You can change the shift point allowing it to shift later or really early. Also if you look on the car itself, if the clutch bell has two sets of gears on it, and it is connected to two sets of gears, it is obviously a two speed. These cars are only about $170. Not bad for what you get.

hey ive just ordered one of these an it only cost £110 with postage so i was well pleased but the place i bought it from noted that it was twin gear an from the sounds of things its only single my old colt belt drive was twin gear an sounded like an f1 car goin up the gears lol is this a twin or just single?

It's a two speed. You may need to play around with the shift point, because these cars come with a very early shift point, and you almost miss hearing it

biggest piece of shit there is dont buy it!! its all a scam theres a bunch of junk cars there all the same with different names and u cant get parts for the junk! it looks cool but wait till it breaks!! definatly not recommended

ys but why wouldnt the company that stocks them put in the description its atwo gear when every other company states what there cars are also if ya notice the two cogs your on about you will notice one drives the front an one drives the back to use just one cog for this job would cause to much strain so its easy to confuse two geared nitro cars lol also how do you tune them for a later change???
