These elevators are two of the three vintage Dover elevators at this hospital. All of the Dovers here have the "Chewbacca" motor, an inside term used by us elevator filmers to describe hydraulic pumps that sound like this one when in action. They also had partial modernizations, with the fixtures being upgraded to EPCO CircleLine with circular InchLine call buttons. It appears that these elevators originally had GAL fixtures, judging by the size of the original COPs and the floor indicators. GAL fixtures and door equipment were commonly used on elevators installed by Dover's local third-party distributors (Burlington Elevators or Security Elevator Co. for this area), while Dover usually used their own fixtures on their direct installations, so I'm thinking that Burlington or Security installed these. It is possible that these are direct Dover installations, since they did use GAL fixtures and door equipment in the 1950s and 1960s. I have no clue when these were installed, though. These definitely are Dover elevators, since the other Dover here (at Bank D - search my channel to see a video of that one) has the signature Dover blue-colored panels in the shaft and on the outside of the cab. These also might have those, but I did not notice them when I was filming this video.
I wonder why 2 is locked, is it for employees only?

I'm not sure if these are Dover, and I don't think that's the Chewbacca motor. It doesn't really have the right pitch.
