Heading to Paris on a TGV

Alright: totally shameless foreigner moment here.

Only one thing would get me to videotape mildly-bland French countryside. And that thing is going 5,000 km/h in a fuckin rocket train. Awesome.

The fact that we don't have these in America is a testament to the ball-grip the auto industry has had us by for so many years. And a mere scratch at the surface of why we need to outlaw lobbying.

Enjoy the footage of traveling warp 1.5 on rail, and prepare to experience it in the USA in ... oh, maybe fifteen years? Unless the fence-sitters elect a Republican again in the coming elections ... then we'll probably keep making shitty cars to drive on shitty gas. And start another Jesus/oil war.
