I think the SWD soundchips are far more superior to Howes. Some of the Howes effects are distorted

Sorry, work means i have,little or no time to do a video until the winter. Its not that hard, drill out the slot for the screw couplings, glue in place if needed though it is usuaually a tight fit. Coupling them together just takes practise!

The turbo on the howes is very annoying.

N Gauge or OO Gauge? I'm wanting to build a model railway, but I just cant decide. Room is a factor, but N gauge doesnt seem to have the detail? Cheers.

well, as i mow find non sound chipped locos only hold my attention span for about 5 mins, 00 as at least you can then have sound. I dont like the couplings on n either.
