In this video we fly with Falcon #4, Gerhard Lourens, at the end of his downwind turning onto base to land on runway 20R, AFB Langebaanweg. Taxi with Gerhard and experience the engine shut down of the Pilatus PC-7 Turbo Trainer.
Gerhard is fitted with a GoPro helmet camera & this camera position gives you great insight into what goes on in a formation landing with the Silver Falcons.
