I heard with this new 4.0 patch people with locked exp can get into normal bg's - I haven't yet tested. although we don't get leg / head / shoulder enchants, talent trees are super OP for low levels

Wow those shamans you fought suck dick i always owned rogues on my shaman because its called kitting with the Earth Binding Totem.. seems like there dumb and they don't kill it so i just shoot them down with instant/lighting (lvl 19) or there to busy killing them and i still kill them. That 1v1 I didn't even see the shaman lay Earth Binding Totem.. Shamans usually kill rogues in a 1v1 I guess its just the matter of skill haha.
