Seems like pro-selfishness to me. Or pro-irresponsibility maybe. Either way you cut it, it's the most unloving, selfcentered decision that truly kills another, and harms yourself. Do you know that adoptees are 2-3% of the population -- and 16% of serial murderers? Do you know that adoptees are 15 times more likely to kill one or both parents than other people?

Look up "The Forensics of Adoption." The stats don't justify abortion. They should motivate us to ensure women who get pregnant are women who want babies.

where are these statistics from?

there are a number of pro-choice liberalists who would love to smear adoption (though not saying this can't be true what you have cited above).

There is definitely something to be said for the early necessity of maternal love/contact...but what is the alternative? to pre-emptively dispose of them before they have a chance to live?

I was going to say that what they have in common is that none except Tolkien has done anything for the edification of the Church.

You have Lennon who said he's more popular than God, Mandela who is essentially a deist and certainly not pro-Catholic, Babe Ruth who (whether he intended to or not) has contributed to the deification of the false god that is professional sports in this country, Foxx (do I need to point out his secular activities?), a couple feminazis, a rapper...this is an odd video.

he certainly wasn't Catholic, so hopefully he had the final grace of contrition which our Lord bestows upon some for his otherwise pseudo-Buddhist beliefs.
