  • I noticed during the portions of the bicep and tricep routines in one portion of the exercise you had a closed fist grip then other portion of the routine you had the hands open. Why so and is it the best way to use the cuff system? I'm getting mine in the mail next week, hopefully on Monday and I just kind of like to know the science behind the explanation, or better said a thoroughly explained reason. Thanks in advance.

    oral steroids like dbol and anadrol will seriously effect ur liver, injectables are the safest route if u dont want to shit on ur liver

  • @MRcarninhas im 6ft 4 340lbs. i used to power lift. if you want to compete you need gear. somatrophin,test-e,insulin is my favorite. just hard to find legit shit. i seen people go from 160lbs 5ft 10 to 200lbs 6ft2 in one 3 moth cycle

    man don't do it. it's not worth the risk and the cash.

    go to the gym 2-3 times a week, run once a week and eat food with proteins.

    it aint as hard as they say. if you do it well. belive it works
