This truck will hook up and go! A newly acquired friend of mine took me for a quick ride at lunch before he has to part ways with the truck.

The new owner of the beast will be very happy! He never once really got after it... I swear! :)

  • Wow, nice truck! I've got a '64 shortbox that I'm building a 383 for, it's currently running a stock LA 318 backed by a 727 and 3.55 gears.

What's your username on the forum?

Did you ever shim the hood hinges to level it? There are several threads on how to do it.

  • very nice. i got three (swepty's) i drive daily. currently i am building a roller/strocker 383 for my 65 :)

  • that truck looks and sounds so strong i can almost feel it by watching the video.

  • That truck sounds evil.

  • what exhaust do you have??!!?

  • usual specs from the company it self is said to be 400 hp 600 ft lbs per torque stock.

  • something about that year the hoods just did that...mine does the same thing...its completetly fine but has a weird gap and kinda raised up.

  • I know that truck by the music it plays under power

  • Wonder how the hood got that gap in the back???

  • This truck live in Utah? Just might know a thing about it...
