they don't share the same climate at all - Tel Aviv is much colder and wetter than Dubai, and also smaller

Yeah they R the same geopgraphic location,same climate,similar culture,similar buidlings and similar beaches.Dubai is even nicknamed "the arabian tel aviv"

Okay the events are maybe different.But what I mean is the physical appearnce of the two cities are very similr.Glass buildings,beaches,highways etc.

Okay so tel aviv might have ghettos in the more poor areas but tel aviv has the same climate and buidings like dubai.
