Using Hypnosis Embedded Commands

Hypnosis embedded commands are used in hypnosis to talk to the unconscious, while telling something totally different to the conscious mind of a person. It is a power of suggestion to the subconscious to get one to change a habit or way of thinking among other things.

You can do this by saying all of the words in the embedded commands in one specific tone, at a particular level of your voice. Many hypnotists will lower their voice when giving embedded commands. You should only use the lowered voice and tone to embed commands you should not use the same tone in the rest of your communication.

With an indirect command, the subject in a hypnotic state has to look internally to fill in the suppositions this is called a transderivational search, because of this it is much more likely that the subject will produce a distinctively personal reaction, and a more effective response, than what a direct suggestion might make.

Indirect commands require more work to organize, but they have the benefit of avoiding conflict in the subjects mind. Some people have a very low self esteem that they cannot accept direct suggestions like 'You are a wonderful person, you are beautiful inside and out', but they will accept a more indirect suggestion like "I wonder if you realize how many people respect you, and think highly of you. This tends to work better on those with a low self esteem as they are more aware of the words that are spoken to them.

These hypnotic techniques all vary in the type of person that each work on. Often times confusing the subconscious mind is a way that one can get a subject to take in the commands or suggestions that you are giving them without them even remembering it. This takes much practice, but is very useful to help a subject that is having many personal life problems that using suggestions or commands to change their way of doing things or thinking about things might change their life for the better.
