I've owned over 15 cycles in the last 20 years of all makes and models. For example owned a 2007 1200 "50th anniversary" custom. Bought it new, rode it for 4000 miles, and sold it for $2k more than I bought it for. Harley ALWAYS HOLDS ITS VALUE.... I've owned Hondas in the past and wish I could say the same for quality and re-sale value.

My brother doesn't understand why I really don't care that my VTX 1800 isn't as LOUD as his Harley. I just smile when I blow him away on the road with a twist of the throttle. Oh and by the way, 'metric' is a superior measuring system too.
