Flirty Ring Modulators

I have been messing around in the studio quite a lot lately...Changing the general layout and buying some new, inspiring and interesting equipment.

This film features the Utopia synth a four square wave oscillator synth. Quite simply a marvelous noisemaker and drone machine. In these short films I am just experimenting using different pedals such as the Zvex ring tone and some moogerfoogers.

This film was recorded with a very old digital camera at the Roth Händle studios in Stockholm. This is the home of Mattias Olssons odd and inspiring collection of noisemakers, pedals and vintage gadgets. The mf-102 was the first moogerfooger I got and I bought in Austin...I was playing a baritone guitar through it and I had no idea what was making that amazing sound. I played with them both for about 30 minutes walked up to the counter said " idont understand anything" and then bought them both. The ring modulator fooger is probably the only moogerfooger I could imagine having two off to do stereo random tremeloes...
