@jimmyxx3 no video game can make a computer run slower...unless...your trying to run something while playing the game. Oh and remember to defragment after installing a large game or file.
-
@bartvh1986 No problems but if your thinking of getting this game then I would recommend you look at Men of War first, slightly worse graphics but the game-play and map/mission editor is the most free of restrictions I've seen.
-
Well you won't believe how slow this computer is, I can barely run pacman, I hope to get a better 1 sooner.
-
@ThreeCatProductions yeah i already have tw big fan of those games but i was lookin for a ww2 period based game so i'll check out the titels you said tyvm for the info :)
-
@jimmyxx3 Depends if you've got a slow computer, if yes then sure you can blame it on this game.

@bartvh1986 Well there's "Making History: The Calm before the Storm" in which you can play as any country during WW2 but you cant fight single battles the computer calculates the victory. It has a sequel; "Making History 2: The war of the World" which is the same thing really (don't look them up on Youtube as you wont find anything). Then there is the Total War franchise but they've never done WW2 or WW1 or any modern conflict. The closest I would say you'd get is either Napoleon or Empire T. W.

im wondering is there a game like hearts of iron were you could be any country in the world during ww2 on teh worldmap but with real battles like this game? would be awsome and a best seller in no time ofc if they don't put a scenario in it to mutch just let you free rome ur own bidding and attack what you want
Look nothing against you but if you think CoH is in any way realistic then you know absolutely nothing about combat or military history - its just an arcade strategy game that uses 'WW2 Skins' and names, beyond the appearance, the units bear no resemblance to their real-life counterparts and the gameplay and tactics have nothing to do with realistic combat. Sure its fun, but its not an in-depth, realistic combat strategy game like these other titles are.
