Save Videos Without Using Any External Sites / Software

In this tutorial we demonstrate the ability to save certain flash based videos using only the Firefox browser and its' "about:cache" feature. You can also get the HQ videos by saving the HQ videos with the .mp4 extension.

In the case of downloading multiple videos:
I've found it easier to find the file by clearing your browser's cache first before watching the next video that you want.
