AZURE URBAN RESORT RESIDENCES - Century Properties

MANILA, Philippines - An iconic, first of its kind man-made beach cove, complete with pristine white sand, and multiple water slides will be the main attraction of the new resort-style condominium development that Century Properties is set to build in Parañaque City.

Dubbed the Azure Urban Resort Residences, the project is a beach-inspired vertical village of approximately nine residential buildings.

Always pushing the envelope in high-rise living, Centurys design and development team, including the award-winning masterplanning firm Broadway Malyan, endeavored to bring the vacation experience to Azure. We bring the beach closer to the city, and right outside every homeowners balconies, so that everyday fells like youre on vacation.

Azure is also a low density project that will offer residents the convenience of living in an urban resort residence. Only on 20 percent of the 6-hectare land will be built. The rest will be devoted to open space, amenities, landscape, and a circumferential road around the property.
