Haha thank you. I love music from all over the world, really. Although, I do think Brazilian music is some of the most creative and captivating stuff I've ever heard. And no, I'm just a 23 year old English boy! No connections to Brazil.

It seems that you are better situated then me, and I'm brazilian!! Nice to know that people outside Brazil enjoy the "best" we have to offer... Do you have some relation with Brazil? Are you familiar with the band "Bacamarte" from Brazil late 70's and early 80's?

I'm already very familiar with Toquinho, thanks. Danilo Caymmi is one of the sons of the Dorival Caymmi, one of Brazil's original musical figures. He's a far better singer than his son! Although, Dori Caymmi (his other son) has done some interesting stuff.

sorry, I thought was Toquinho singing, but it's not... They are very similar toquinho and this Danilo Caymmi which I never heard of before. Anyway, I recommend you to get to know the music of Toquinho, one of the greatest brazilian personalities behind brazilian MPB
