I have an idea that may help- Universities should require that students going for MD's do some volunteer work in these countries before getting their degress and for doctors to do a certain amount of volunteer work before getting their licenses renewed.

President Koroma u are a very hard working man, u are trying your best to help the people of your country, now there is electricity, i want u to make ur next priority is to constructure roads, stantand roads that will connect cities, towns, communities. i believe with good infrastructure the prblem of health and even poverty will reduce, because then people will be mobile with their goods & services that will help them with social problem. some of the hospitals, doctors making the situation worse by demanding too much money even when it is not necessary, because they too dont have no salar, so it all comes up to the government to help greatly, frist lady mrs koroma you really have to do some. build roads so people can connect to their communities.
