@heyitzkathy Of course it does, that's an international text, rates would however depend on the carrier.

@TheLegit1997 Lol no, you get 50 unreturned messages. So you have to get a response to each of your messages. Each time you don't get a response you lose 1. So you can send 50 messages and if you don't get a single response, you're done. Each time they respond you return to 50.

works alright,... and no it doesnt charge the other person unless they dont have unlimited txting then obviously its going to cost them
